Ella Lynn Parker

Today I got the chance to meet one week old Ella Lynn! She is absolutely perfect, in every way. She never cried, always looked at the camera, and let us move her little fingers and toes in any direction we wanted! I photographed Lindsey and Scott, Ella's sweet parents, for their engagement a few years ago and was graced with an invite as a guest to their wedding. Lindsey and her family mean so much to me, and I am happy to remain their capturer of memories, and see their milestones first hand. Congratulations, Lindsey and Scott, on your beautiful first born!

My talented friend, Stephanie, and I photographed Lisa on a cold, but sunny, winter Saturday. Lisa is the type of woman who makes maternity look like a a walk in the park. She takes every step, every trimester, every maternity outfit, with ease and grace. Her Logan Square apartment was the perfect setting for the shoot, with its abundance of natural light, gorgeous woodwork, and impeccable sense of style she shares with her fiance Patrick. I will miss Lisa dearly when she leaves work to take care of her first born, but have already informed her of my many visits to visit the little guy when he joins us next month!
