Todd + Stephanie

Todd and Stephanie wed on a hot, summer day in beautiful downtown Chicago. I met Todd on my first day of college, and Stephanie soon after. We remained great friends through college, creating wonderful memories. When Todd called me to photograph his wedding, I couldn't have been more excited to hear from an old friend and also to be a part of their day! It was a beautiful wedding to photograph, from the elegant ceremony and reception to seeing old friends as they celebrated Todd and Stephanie's love. Stephanie's artistic sense was seen throughout the day and added the perfect personal touch. I cherish the days I can document monumental events in my friends' lives - there is nothing more rewarding in life!

Mike, Nicole, and Baby T.

I consider myself lucky to say some of my best friends have been my best friends for almost 20 years. Nicole is one of these friends. Nicole and I have been together through everything - from jumping out of second story windows into her bushes, high school road trips to basketball games, through standing up in her wedding to her darling Mike. When Nicole and Mike asked me to photograph their first pregnancy, I couldn't have been more honored. To be able to continue the timeline, and play such a big role in their lives, is incredibly humbling. Nicole and Mike are going to be the sweetest two parents this baby boy could ask for, and I cannot wait to meet him in a few short months!

Dan + Justine

I had the pleasure of photographing a family friend, Justine, and her fiance, Dan, this past summer weekend. Justine is the youngest of three beautiful girls, and also the third to become engaged in a few short years! Dan and Justine were precious, and so incredibly easy to photograph. They smiled naturally and I could feel their sweet love the entire morning. Congratulations, you two, and look forward to your tropical wedding next June!
